For years, the Grand Slam of Curling has been one of the most popular events for curling fans around the world. The curling community was elated when, in August of this year, it was announced that Rogers Sportsnet had acquired the rights to the Grand Slam.

Beyond the Basics: Curling Bonspiels

Consider entering a bonspiel! A bonspiel is simply a curling competition, involving several teams, that runs for a single day or over a period of several days. I assure you: you do not need to aim as high as the Brier or the Scotties. Virtually every curling club hosts multiple bonspiels throughout the season which are open to anyone wishing to pay the fee to enter.

Cross Canada Curling Calendar to end of October 2012

The second half of October featured a busy curling calendar with Goldline Ambassadors playing across Canada! We had teams in the Manitoba Lotteries Women's Curling Classic, the Canad Inns Prairie Classic, the Cactus Pheasant Classic, the Challenge Cartier de Gatineau and the Huron ReproGraphics Oil Heritage Classic.
