Sweeping Forward: Goldline Curling Brooms

Other than shoes, a curling broom is one of the most important pieces of equipment in which you will invest as a curler.  While the basic features of the broom have remained relatively stable over time, Goldline has always found way in which you can express yourself out on the ice.

Last season, Goldline introduced an exciting new series of NHL curling brooms, featuring the logos of our seven Canadian NHL teams.  This year, we’re excited to bring even more new options to the table.

1)      New Colours

In addition to the ever popular choices of Candy Apple, Metallic White, Metallic Blue and Metallic Pink, we now have carbon fiber brooms with Fluorescent Orange handles (there’s no way that the shooter will be able to claim he couldn’t where the handle was lined up!).  In our Fiberlite line, we’ve added the colours Plum Crazy and Snowball to our lineup.  In addition, we’ve outfitted our Metallic White carbon fiber brooms and our Ebony and Snowball Fiberlite brooms with white heads, in place of the traditional black head.

2)      New Combinations

You’ve decided to invest in a carbon fiber broom.  Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that this season, all carbon fiber brooms will come equipped with a Norway pad.  Carbon fiber broom + Norway pad = a winning combination!

3)      New Concepts

If you really want to stand out from the crowd, why not consider purchasing one of our new Vision series of brooms?  We have 3 unique designs: Butterfly Nation (available in 1” handle only); Fire and Brimstone (available in 11/8” handle only); and Serengeti (both handle sizes available).

If you wanted to take your creativity to an even greater level, we also offer you the option of designing your own custom broom!  For information on designs and pricing, please contact Erin Flowers at erin@goldline.ca.

Brooms: at Goldline, the choices are endless!  Come and shop for your broom at one of our four retail locations or shop on-line at www.goldlinecurling.com.
