All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the unshipped amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the United States. We are happy to ship orders to other international locations but are not able to process these orders through our website at this time. Please contact us if you would like to place an international order.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for all stock items. If an order contains any customization such as a toe coat please allow up to 3 additional business days before your order will ship.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post - Carriers for Canadian orders. Goldline will ship via most appropriate method.
FedEx - Primary carrier for US orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
All Canadian and US orders have a standard flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 per order, which Goldline may wave at times for promotional purposes. Please note that we do not offer any express shipping options at this time.
