Disappointing customer service

My non-personalized item arrived 4 weeks after ordering. I sent an email and got a generic response. After a few days I spoke with customer service who was very helpful and got things moving. Won't be ordering anything from here very soon. Was definitely disappointed. When we used to deal with Hardline their service was amazing. I am not impressed with Goldline's customer service

Fantastic quality and ideal fit on me (Men’s Medium)! Team Canada custom men’s long sleeve is a meaningful purchase, a reminder of another great Canadian curling achievement- 2026 Olympic Gold Medal! Perhaps one day the signatures of the team members will be on it.

The artwork is beautiful. The fabric was a total miss for a curling shirt. It is very thin and silky, and for the price not very well made. Not what I expected.
