Goldline will extend a full refund for products that are not damaged, abused or worn within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition.
Customer will be responsible for all costs for shipping back the product. Please note that if an incorrect item has been shipped and Goldline is in error we will incur all costs to have the order shipped. Please call our customer service for a return number.
Goldline accepts exchanges on unused product brought within one year of purchase. Please note that we will honor the price from the original receipt. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
