All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will either place your order on "back order" and ship to you when the product(s) become available, or notify you and refund you the unshipped amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for all stock items. If an order contains any customization such as a toe coat please allow up to 3 additional business days before your order will ship.
We use multiple couriers for our shipments including, but not limited to, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. Goldline reserves the right to determine the best shipping method while processing all orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Standard and express delivery options will be displayed at the time of checkout with the then-current rates. Rates will vary based on the service selected and the location we are shipping to.
